20-ride Pass - 20 one-way rides on ANY SCAT route.

Regional 31-Day Pass - Good for unlimited rides on ALL SCAT, RTA, Paso Express, North County Shuttle and SLO Transit routes for 31 consecutive days
General Public: $64.00 seniors (65-79)/Disabled/Students (K-12): $32.00
V.I.P. Pass- Unlimited rides for seniors 80 or older on ALL RTA, SLO Transit, SCAT, Paso Express and North County Shuttle routes. Must obtain special photo I.D. card in person from RTA. More details here.

ADA Eligible Passengers
