Bike 'N Ride - all RTA fixed route buses have bike racks for 6 bikes. SCAT buses have one bike rack that holds 3 bikes. The Avila and Cambria trolleys have racks for two bicycles. Motorized or any type of battery powered bikes, or bikes with panniers with gear are NOT to be carried on any RTA operated vehicle.
Accessibility - all RTA and South County Area Transit fixed route buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts to accommodate passengers needing boarding assistance. RTA and South County Area Transit policies REQUIRE bus operators to secure wheelchairs and their passengers using safety straps and seatbelts. Wheelchair passengers that refuse a seatbelt do so at their own risk.

Park 'N Rides - RTA serves the Las Tablas Park & Ride in Templeton (route 9), the Halcyon Park & Ride in Arroyo Grande (Route 10) & Pismo Beach Premium Outlets (route 10).
